You need a scan tool as I stated to monitor the voltages. It varies on catalytic converter activity as well as load factors.

You should have manifold vacuum at the solenoid. When the solenoid opens, it will send vacuum to the EGR. That is not the issue for the 401.

Check all your vacuum lines for cracks or breaks.

No, same delta feedback pressure sensor as when I was getting P0401.

Replace the sensor. That was a very common failure for the 401 code.

I would get an OEM from Ford. I have had trouble with aftermarket sensors.
