I recently had my truck parked on a fairly steep incline overnight, now the gas gauge is stuck between.5 and.25 tank. What can I do? Thanks

Maybe float is stuck have you tried adding fuel to see if that might free up. Or grab the bed and shake.
Let me know if does not work and will trace wiring down.

I did fill up tank and that did'nt work, have'nt tried shaking the bed. I did hear that lightly tapping the gas tank with a hammer may free up a stuck float. Any truth to that? Thanks

Need to get truck on a scanner to dianose system. Your truck has ability to trace down problem via scanner.
