1998 Ford F150 2wd, 160,000 miles, build date 03-25-1998, 4.2l.

1. Needed a clutch slave, parked it for about a month, running fine when parked. Charged battery, heard clicking sound near fuse panel. Won't start (or hit), runs on ether. Could this be a relay? Which one?

2. With this build date am I ok on the bad 4.2 gasket problem?

Could be, I would check the spark, gas, wich I think is you problem, and if all else fails, compression. But since it ran fine a month ago look under the hood for the power distribution box. The fuel pump relay is in there. Let me know if you areen't getting gas.
