ENGINE LOPES AT 35 MPH, 45 MPH AND 65 MPH--- GOOD SPARK, NEW FUEL PUMP, NEW DIST CAP AND ROTOR. IS IT POSSIBLE FUEL PRESSURE PROBLEM? EGR? NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!

It sounds like the throttle position sensor or idle air control valve. The IAC sometimes gets gummed up and sticks. Check that first and let me know what you find. Also, make sure the EGR isn't carboned.
