I took the free lock hub off of axle to try and use a rubber malet to get the rotors off so I can have them turned. I havn't had any success yet. Do I need to take off the parts inside the round cover that rotates when I turn rotor? These parts are what is around the axle. There is also a lock ring that doesn't turn that looks like it nedd not come off.

Hello,

After you remove the center hub bolt the rotor will come out. It is a good possibility that it is just seized on the hub.
To get it off just have to keep using the mallet and hit around the hub and the rotor it will come off.

I have attached the replacement procedures for both of the manual and auto locking hubs,
including the brake pads.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
