FRONT COIL SPING MONT IS RUSTING THROUGH THE TOP. CAN THIS BE FIXED, IF SO HOW?

It can be but your going to possibly have to get a new front end or check at autopart stores and see if you can get a new coil spring upper mount. If you can get one youll probably have to cut the old one out and mount the new one.

A junk yard might have a decent one to cut out but then youd have to have a good welder weld on the new one
