I'm having trouble finding the low pressure service port on the 1992 Ford F150. The a/c is blowing very slightly cool air. The label indicates that it used the R12 refrigerant and I'm not sure what I need to do to convert it to R134a.

You need to take this to an a/c specialist. You do need to convert the R12 to R134 and you don't want to just let off the old refrigerant in the air not good. They will recover it and then change any seals needing change for the conversion and then charge it. You also can't buy R12 your self without being a/c certified and licenced and you do not want to mix them they do not like each other.
