1989 Ford F-150 Overheating

We have changed the water pump, the thermostat and the rad hoses.
The truck is still overheating and not idling properly.
Could this be caused by the manifold?

Yes, can also be clogged radiator fins on radiator, and weak fan clutch, if it is ok above 35 mph check fan clutch. Use compressed air and a long blow gun to clean out the radiator fins, get between the a/c condenser and radiator, blow outward first, then inwards.
