1999 Ford Explorer / Eddie Baurer /110000. Turned off the Explorer after driving it and the right turn signal stayed on. Have checked all fuses. None blown. The only fuse that will turn it off is the park lamp/trailor tow relay fuse. Then the emergency lights and both turn signals will work. It sometimes will make a noise through the radio even when it is off. The radio didn't sound right the last time we used it. Any info on this proble will be appreciated.

I'm sorry but that didn't help. We still have the problem. Thanks though. We unpluged the pigtail it made no difference. The noise from the radio is coming from the passenger side speaker in the door panel(radio turned off) The radio when turned on really sounds like muffled crackling with muffled music. Now sometimes the turn signal light goes off and works proper then the next time you turn the the turn signal handle to turn the other side on (or the flashers on) it stays on with the left park(a dull red) comes on till you move the handle to make the other side come back on. Unplug the radio all together there is no sound but the lights are still screwy. HELP!
