2002 Ford Explorer rear heat

Rear heat blows cool air. Front heat works great. Any ideas?

Hi Rebecca
in your rear heater assembly there is a blend door this door opens and closes one way lets heat flow the other let, s cool air flow. There is a elec or vac motor there that opens this. Something is stopping this motor not funtion. When you take the cover off you will be able to see this controller. If you have more questions please write back. Please vote
