Was in Windsor, Ontario, Canada last week at the mall. The lady rolled window down to throw out something and it made little sound and now won't go up on it's own. Motor is running and will pull down on it's own. Just not push up. I have it wedged up with tape for now. Need advice on possible problem and procedure for getting door panel off. Thank you very much.
