Did rack come with a tech hotline or websiote? Was brand Moog Federal-Mogul?

O.K. The pressure line is it relative straight going into rack? If yes needs to be in bottom port and return should have S curve goes into top port.

Well the steering is fixed ! I had gone thru 2 pumps and one used rack and one new rack. What seemed like a few gallons of mercon.
I had called ford and they said it was just a standard explorer. Just the basic steering on it.

So here I go again and take the rack off again. But just as I was doing that, my wife was helping. She then said what about looking in the ports on the rack to see if there is anything in there. I swore I did this so many times. But what the hell you know. Guess what, part of the nylon washer, just a small little piece was right there.

It is all back together now and driving real nice

yes I did replace all the washers on both hoses. Just incase you were all wondering

That's what I asked wqay back on Aug.19 to check for teflon O ring. Weird how with on and off and the flushing that it survived. But am very glad for you
