2000 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 45K miles

Hi there,

I cant donate at the moment but will.

The remote control keyfob will not lock the doors, it will unlock and set the alarm but the doors will not lock. I have re programmed the keys but still not working are you able to help.
