1999 Ford Explorer Rough Idle

99 Explorer Sport, 6 cyl OHV, 135000 mi.

Truck idles very rough when Idling, Accelerating, or Stopped while in gear, but not while coasting or decelerating. Just installed new spark plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter. Added injector cleaner. Cleaned the IAC. Getting very poor mileage (around 11mpg)

Does the engine still seem to have the power it always had?

No. It seems to be significantly lower, especially when accelerating.
