How do I replace the light switch
do I need any special tools I am afraid I will break
fasteners on the panel any secrets?

Assuming you are talking about the headlight switch, perform following steps (no special tools required):

REMOVAL:
Disconnect the battery ground cable
Remove the instrument panel finish panel.
Unscrew the mounting nut and remove the switch from the instrument panel, then remove the wiring connector from the switch.

INSTALLATION:
Connect the wiring connector to the headlamp switch, position the switch in the instrument panel and install the mounting nut.
Install the instrument panel finish panel.
Connect the battery ground cable, and check the operation of the headlight switch.
