1999 Ford Explorer Relays and fuses

Relay #8 and #10 are making clicking sounds. Trying to find out what they are for. Can they be removed until more can be purchased?

Relays 8 and 10 are for the rear window wiper. If they are clicking after you have shut the vehicle off, it means you left your rear window wiper switch on, and most likely you have a wiper motor that's stuck or it would be sending the blade up and down the window. You can free the motor temporarily by manually undocking it and wiggling it up and down until it takes off on it's own. This sometimes takes some force but it usually works.
