1999 Ford Explorer Car won't start

1999 Ford Explorer Automatic

I've tried everything from trying to reprogram the key, changing the tranceiver, and changing the fuel pump and the truck still won't start. How much does it cost for the dealership to reprogram the computer?

The only thing you can do is take it to a dealer. They are the only place that will have the proper test equipment to identify where the problem is coming from. I wish I had better news for you, but that is the bottom line. You could end up spending a ton of money and time trying to fix it and never find the problem.
