1997 Ford Explorer

Been looking at a 1997 explorer 4.0l sohc for a low idle and miss at idle has a codes p0300 p0304 p0305
have replaced the intake gaskets
can not find any other vac leaks
has new plugs and wires
fuel pressure is 30 psi, I can not find a spec.
bank 1 long fuel trim is 25
bank 2 long fuel trim is -15

You are at the minimum pressure with the key on eng off. It should be 30 - 45 psi. Does it drop when you start the engine?

Have you replaced fuel filter? Also, I have gotten bad wires / plugs before, have you rechecked the ones that are missing? Are they properly gapped?
