My low beam lights will not come on when you turn on switch but the high beams work have alresdy replaced bulbs and the multi function dimmer switch that is mounted on the steering column, could it be a bad relay or fuse if so where is the relay located

Check fuses #4, #8, and #33 on your fuse panel at the instrument panel, and fuse #11 at the power distribution box under the hood. According to the schematic, there is no relay.

If the fuses are OK, there may be a problem with a connector (corroded contact or pin pushout) or a broken wire in the harness. The color code of the wire is WHITE with LIGHT GREEN trace.
