Headlight low beams dont work only my high beams

My low beams dont work only my high beams I checked the fuses there fine the relays fine I replaced the dimmer switch still nothing an I replaced the bulbs what could it be

The headlight'd are controlled by the DRL module ... check the wiring & fuse #15 in underhood fuse box ??
