1994 Ford Explorer Hardshifting

My 94 Ford explorer just recently got a new clutch and about a month later I finding it very difficult to shift into gears, It takes me some muscle to put it into gear, What could be the problem?

You could have air in the hydraulic system or it might just need to be bled. Make sure the clutch master cylinder is full of brake fluid
