1993 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my rear passenger brake drum is leaking pretty bad and was wondering if it was the wheel cylinder that would leak that bad?

It is either the wheel cylender or the axle seal. There is a distinct difference in smell. Also, check the brake fluid level to see if it is getting low.

I checked the brake fluid level and it is going down? What does that mean and is it easy to fix?
