Brake rotor on a 93 Ford Explorer

I can not take the rotor off, what is the process for taking this off.

It's probably rusted around the hub area. After removing the caliper and pad bracket, spray some penetrating oil around the hub area and hit the center hub area with a heavy hammer while rotating the rotor and it will jar loose.
