2003 Ford Expedition Stall out

I have a recurring problem with this truck. As I accelerate the engine starts to stall and then shuts off completely all electronics flash including the alarm light then the engine re engages on its own.

help!

This sounds like an electrical problem. Start with the battery terminals. Make sure they are clean and tight. Make sure the ground to the engine block is clean and tight too.
