2003 Ford Expedition Brake lights wont turn on.

All three brake lights are off and will not turn on. The brake lights were replaced and the fuse appears to be working as all the other lights turn on; but all the three brake lights are still out.

Welcome to he forum, if the high-mount brake lite doesn't work, check the brake position switch. The lite green wire with red tracer is voltage to the switch, hot all the time. When the switch is activated, the lite green wire carries voltage to brake lites. The high-mount brake lite and lower brake lites are wired differently, the lower brake lites are wired through the multifunction switch.
