2003 Ford Expedition blower switch (manual) 3 speed

How do you remove the dash and radio to get to the switch and replace it.

I believe the bezel / trim around the radio are either clipped on or held on with velcro. Gently pry on them to see if it will come loose for you. Once it is off, the stereo is bolted in place.
