2000 Ford Expedition wont start

My expedition wont start all dash lights light up but wont turn over battery good cant find any bad fuses only thing not working is radio other then that just acts like the battery dead but it has full charge also before that had to hold up shifter to start or put in neutral checked all connections all seem good

Key out and NOT in the ignition
since we are not sure that your neutral safety switch is working
E brakes is on
now check and test the starter if crank
then suspect neutral safety switch is bad or in need of adjustment
DO NOT TRY TO START ENGING by the starter
truck will take of on you
