1998 Ford Expedition

I have a 1998 Expedition Eddie Bauer. It has some crazy electrical issues since it ever started raining. I have read some forums online stating that this is an Issue with the windshield leaking and thus water going to the CJB/GEM. The thing is that the leak is true because the driver side floor always get DAMP when it rains. The thing is that my fusebox is located under the HOOD. How is water getting that far? If so how can I go ahead and replace the fusebox myself.

Hello,

The Power Distribution Box is the one under the hood. You also have a Fuse Panel is located under the dash left of the steering wheel. Check out the link below for User Manual....

For some reason I cannot find the fuse Panel under the DASH just above the brake pedal. However I saw a white rectangular box with Electric written on it. Is that The fuse panel or the GEM

Ok, check on the side of the dash. They sometimes like to put them there.
