How do the rotors come off? I tried to get the nut off either side and they won't move. I assume they are on a spline that is held on by that bearing? Nut. What am I missing?

Ok the rotors are a floating rotor. Meaning the only thing that hold them onto the car is the wheel. So you remove the tire then remove the caliper and caliper mount if needed and the rotor simply pulls off. Now it may be that on one or more lug bolt that there is a keeper like washer on it to keep it on during assembly from the factory if so remove them and discard them, then remove the rotor. Thats all there is to it. Here is a pic of the rotor.
