1998 Ford Escort no spark on my 1998 Escort

Ok I just bought a 1998 escort that needed a new timing belt I got the belt on but now I have no spark there are 3 wires going to the coil the middle one is hot should either one of the other two wire be hot?

When the engine is cranking over those wires should sparking

Yea I tried that only the one wire is hot still so could it be the igninion module? Crank sensor?

Could be the ICM or the CPS-could also be the computer
