2000 Ford Contour now it wont start.

Hi, have a 2000 ford contour that the other day tripped a check engine code of a misfire on 1 and 3 cylinder, lean condition and that a system test was not completed. The car was still driveable but was very poor idle. The only thing added after the problem was a bottle of heat due to local weather conditions. After driving the car maybe 10miles the car wouldnt start. There is power and battery is ok but the engine wont turn over starter tries but its like its not getting fuel or spark, suggestions?

If engine cranks but would not start

start by checking for fuel and check for spark
check fluids too
let me know what is missing
misfiring start by checking tune up
engine known for weak valve springs too
