Steering problem
1990 Ford Bronco V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i just bought a 1990 bronco and sombody kicked the stering wheel and the top part of the colm moves up and down on its own. I cant tell if it was a tilt wheel or not. How can I fix the problem. Can I just go to the junk yard and get a new oper part of the stering or what. Thanks

Without knowing what is causing the issue, I can't say for sure. If the column isn't a tilt, it sounds like it should be replaced because it's shouldn't move like that. You could try a salvage yard to see what they have, but chances are the column should be replaced.
