1988 Ford Bronco V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i am working on a 1988 bronco. It wont start. I nave spark. I have fuel to the fuel rail. It is like the injectors are not working. The injectors also have power to them with the ignition off

Disconnect the EEC Power relay and check again for power at the injector/s do you still have it?

Power to the injectors but not pulsing could be the computer ground driver circuit at fault
