THE CRANKS WILL NOT START. THE FUEL PUMP IS RUNNING BUT THE VAN STILL WILL NOT START. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Do you mean it cranks over and refuses to start or won't crank at all?

If it can crank-do this spray into the throttle body with a starting fluid and see what happens then report back-

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY -- I SPRAYED THE STRATING FLUID IN THE THROTTLE BODY & SAME THING - CRANKS BUT NO SPARK.
JUST AN FYI - IT HAS BEEN PARKED OUTSIDE IN SOME COLD TEMPERATURES AND AN ICE STORM. ALSO IT HAS NOT BEEN DRIVEN FOR A FEW DAYS BUT RAN & STARTED PRIOR - POSSIBLY A CONCIDENCE WITH THE TEMPERATURES?

Lets look for spark-disconnect a sparkplug wire and ground it to the engine and have helper crank engine over-do you have spark?

Could be temperature related-
