The signals and hazards don’t work. Need help locating where the flashers are on the car, don’t have the manual.

Good morning,

The hazard flasher is the switch for turning on and off the hazards. Did you replace this? Very common failure.

Picture and procedure attached for you to view. You can get the flasher at any parts store.

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) trim panel.
2. Release the tabs and push on the switch from the back side of the panel.
3. Remove the switch (1).

You did what? Did you replace the flasher assembly?

Please explain?

Did you verify power at the fuse box on both the turn signal fuse and the hazard fuse? Use a test light to check for power with the key on

Got it but the flasher is what controls both the turn signals and the hazards as well.

Did you replace that flasher?

No tool. You need to release the clips that hold in the dash. You could use a small screw driver to move or release the clips.
