Flash "D" light on dash

Hello, I have recently replaced the transmission on my car. Now everything works perfectly on the car except after driving it for about two minutes the "D" on the gear changes on the display starts to blink. I would greatly appreciate some help. Thank you in advance.

There is a problem with the transmission and needs to be scanned, probably a turbine speed sensor issue.
