If you're standing in front of the vehicle, looking down at the engine the last cylinder in the front all the way to the passenger side is not firing. Switch the coils from the next one over to that cylinder and that cylinder still is not firing. The engine has a miss and when you unplug the coil to that cylinder it does nothing. What could it be and what do you recommend?

Hello,

So after switching out with a working coil, you still have no spark.
Have you checked the spark plug? It does sound like the plug could be the issue.
Try changing out the spark plug on that cylinder and see what happens.

I have attached a basic inspection guide for spark plugs.

Please let me know the outcome.

Thank you.

I changed all six plugs. The plugs are brand new. When you unplug the coil the engine does not respond. You know when you unplug a coil in the engine start to miss, doesn't do that. For some reason that coil is not getting juice to it. Is there anything that makes each coil fire as the engine rotates? What would cause only one coil not to get power to it?

You need to check to see if you are getting power to the ignition coil plug.
You might find this article helpful, it has some info on how to test it:

Let me know what you find.
Thank you.
