We just bought this car, and the engine RPM's are slow to decelerated back to idle when driving/shifting. Can you give us an idea of what the problem might be? For background, the gasket between the CAT and the exhaust manifold is leaking so the check engine light is on, and you can feel the air puffing out from it.

Thanks,

Jon

Good morning,

Can you give me any codes that are set?

I would clean the throttle body as the plate may be sticking and not returning as quickly as it should.
