Engine cranks but will not start

I have power to everything in the truck. Turn the key to on position and my warning lights in my instrument panel don't come on when cranking the engine over my tachometer and speedometer start jumping which never has done that before the oil pressure gauge comes on temperature gauge comes on volt gauge comes on. Just the brake warning light and check engine warning light don't come on.

First thing you should check is for fuel pressure and spark. Here is a link on how to do the test. Once you have done the checks let us know if there was spark and what fuel pressure reading you are getting.
