Engine bogging

Whenever I go to take off it bogs, and whenever I try to climb a hill it bogs down and slows down.

Scan for codes and check the fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it.

I checked the fuel pressure it is at 60 and I had the car scanned, got codes for the mass air flow sensor, thermostat, and two for the catalytic converter.

I replaced the mass airflow sensor and it is still bogging.

Then you will have to try to disconnect converter and see if that fixes it. If you got the 420 code your converter is probably plugged. If you can check intake vacuum at idle if 15" or below it is probably a plugged exhaust auto parts may rent that or check it for you as well.
