It display battery in dashboard then it shows all lights that normally happens. When battery drained after few minutes everything went off, but it keeps on running while there is nothing working which uses the battery. When I stop and let the engine runs maybe about fifteen to twenty minutes then there is some noise just pop something like switch than everything went to normal.

I would start with checking the battery cables. A loose or weak battery terminal can cause all kinds of weird things to happen, including what you are talking about. Here is a guide on how to check and clean the cables and terminals yourself: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/everything-goes-dead-when-engine-is-cranked

Check it out and let us know what you find.

Thank you for response.

The terminals are fine but the problem is in alternator because multi-meter indicates 12 volts instead of 14 volts charging voltage, but when that noise which sounds like relay or some switch kicks then it charging normal.

Get your alternator tested while it is acting up. The local auto parts store will test it for free. Let us know what you find out.

You should have it properly load tested. They do it for free at the local parts shop, and itis much more accurate than measuring voltage with a multi-meter/voltmeter.
