Electrical problem

I drove the Jeep everyday let it sit for a month battery was dead would not start jump-started it would run on a couple cylinder according to a garage computers not getting 12 volts

If battery drained out then it more than likely set off security system. Yours may be to lock drivers door, unlock with key then try to start car. See link:

Some of the newer models cannot be disabled.

Security is not the issue it still fires up and runs on about six cylinders. If you give it a little gas all the dash lights blink like it has a drained battery and the only gauge not working is alternator.

Scan for codes then. it may be a bad coil or a wiring issue or possibly a bad ECM. Check fusible link to alternator. See picture, then do a parasitic draw test on battery as well as check for condition including load test. Most places do for free.

It has a new battery and it drains over night. According to the scan tool there is no codes. The garage said the PCM has low voltage.

Then it may be a short in wiring to PCM or a bad PCM. You should let the garage check it out as they are familiar with it.
