Truck began cutting off mid drive, no warning?

My truck began cutting off mid drive, no warning. It would crank back up immediately, and I would continue on my way. This happened for about a day and then the frequency began to increase to the point of failing to crank about day three. I have replaced the fuel pump, crank and cam sensor, ignition switch, fuel pump relay and fuse. I ran a direct power line from the main harness at TIPM to fuel pump. I am getting power at the TIPM. Also, while using an automotive test probe with the leads connecting to positive and negative battery terminals half of the fuses in fuse box light up red and half green
Reason for this?

It sounds like the TIPM is going out which is common. The replacement is easy because the TIPM self learns here are the instructions on how to replace it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
