Hello,
My son recently drove this car to Tennessee and the battery light came on. He took it to a local Advance and the battery and Alternator tested fine. The light eventually went off. Then today he gets in it to work and it will not start. All electrical works fine with the exception of the ESP/BAS and Traction light being on now. Any ideas?

Hey Doug,

We must determine which system has failed first, but it sounds like a crankshaft angle sensor has gone bad.

Here is a guide that should help.

and

Please let us know happens so it will help others.

Best, Ken
