Automatic seat seat belts are not moving forward or backward

I'm having trouble with the automatic seat seat belts they're not going forward or backwards. They are stationery in the close position. Any help on this matter would greatly be appreciated. Thank y'all so much y'all on a man.

Hey TIMOTHY J RADA,

I have attached a wiring diagram for the system.

Do both the driver and passenger not work?

If so please check the gauge fuse in the interior fuse board.
The interior fuse panel should be under the drivers side of the dash.

I have also attached the location of the fuse.
