Car sat in garage for 9 months awaiting an alternator while I was helping clean up Asheville. 1 day after getting it running I was using the driver's electric window and it quit partially open. None of the other window's work. Main fuse looks fine. Maybe a relay? I don't know what would affect the rest of the windows.

Okay, step one will be to test the fuses in the box under the hood and the left-hand fuse box. They can look fine but still be bad. There is also a circuit breaker (#2 under hood fuse box) that may have failed. Go through those and see if there is a bad fuse. To test the circuit breaker, you can use a meter or just replace it as they may test good but still be bad.
