I bought this car second hand and I noticed that the driver window only moves small distances when pressing the button and even when I press and let go off the button, the window doesn’t move automatically. This is the same issue when the window moves up and down. I tried resetting the automatic feature by holding the button up/down for 30 second but it doesn’t work. The passenger window can move automatically with one touch and everything else works fine. What can I do to fix/diagnose it?
Thank you

This is normally a module issue but it can also be a switch or motor as well.

So the way we need to check this is starting with removing the door panel and checking the voltage at the motor to find out if there is constant voltage when the button is being pressed. If there is constant voltage when the button is being pressed then the motor is the issue.

Here are a couple guides that will help with doing this:

If the voltage is not there when the button is pressed then the switch is the issue or the control module that the switch runs the voltage through.

However, we don't have a manual on this vehicle as it is not offered here in the USA. There should be two wires on the motor and they reverse the voltage on each wire depending on the direction the window is going.

Please run through this info and let us know if you have questions on this.

Thanks
