I messed up my driver's side door to where it will not close. So now I have to replace the door. I have another Grand Marquis in my yard it has a key-less keypad on it the car that I am driving at the moment does not have a key-less keypad on it. Can I still replace the door without the keypad with the door with the keypad?

How does it not want to close? The latch is bad? Tripped? Or is the door damaged from impact? Unless it is the last one it would be easier to repair the current door than replace it. However, if you wanted to replace it, as long as the other GM is the same year it will fit as would one from a Ford Crown Victoria.
