Door lock actuator replacement issues

Hi, we recently replaced both front door lock actuators and both doors were working perfectly. After a few months, my driver side window has gone back to being temperamental. When I start the car the window doesn't want to go down, if I slam the door and turn it off and back on it usually works but then can get stuck down. This only happens in the afternoons after work. Not sure if the heat or humidity have anything to do with it. Now the passenger door is stuck in lock. We can't unlock to open the door from the inside or outside with key. Could it be the actuators again, wiring, the switch or maybe even something else?

The idea that it works after you slam the door makes me think it's a connection issue. Have you removed the panel to check the wiring? Also, check the wiring harness between the door and door frame to make sure nothing is damaged.

As far as the passenger door, if you can't open it with a key or anything, it sounds like the linkage has come disconnected. A bad actuator should not cause you to be unable to open it from the outside. Is there any sound from the passenger door actuator when you try to use it?

If you take a look at pic 1, it shows the linkage between the lock cylinder on the outside of the door and latch assembly. If you can't open with a key, either the lock cylinder is bad (won't turn), the linkage is disconnected (key turns but won't unlock), or the latch assembly is bad or jammed (key moves slightly but won't unlock or lock the door).

Let me know. Also, if you look at pic 2, it is a portion of the wiring schematic. The ground from the driver's door lock. Check to make sure that isn't loose or damaged.

Let me know what you find.
