Radiator hose got a hole car overheated and now it sounds like the timing is off. Is that possible and is it fixable without buying a new engine?

It could be but I need to hear the engine cranking over. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
